Living Well – a Deep Dive into Wellbeing, from the inside out

Living Well in harmony with ourselves, our communities and the earth

Would you like to live your life with greater depth of wellbeing and resilience?

Come along on this journey to discover your own ‘wellbeing inventory’, new ways of knowing from the inside out what your griefs and your strengths are and how you can work with both to support your wellbeing; and along the way experience a supportive way of being and doing well together in a small group (and in your own community and for the earth/nature, if you are curious about that).

Reconnect with what is important to you, culturally, spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally. Explore how you can support your wellbeing through who you are, what you do and how you do it, and the extensive inner and outer sources available to you. Gain new insights and skills, through the process and from others in the group.

What does “Deep Dive into Wellbeing” look like?

The ‘Deep Dive into Wellbeing’ programme is 8 sessions in total: 2 hours weekly for 7 consecutive weeks and 1 follow up session after a period of integration. A maximum of six people will be able to participate in each in-person Deep Dive into Wellbeing group, and 10 people in each online group .

Sessions have a carefully chosen structure, using reflective questions, creative elements (such as imagery, poetry) and practical exercises that you can work with between sessions. Each session is focused on a theme and is guided by evidence based knowledge.

“Traveler, there is no path. The path is made by walking. By walking you make a path.”

Antonio Machado

The themes are:

Introductions and creating a safe space together. Griefs that bring you here. The experience of wellbeing. Being and wellbeing. Doing and wellbeing. Your ‘kete’ (basket) or well of (re)sources. Who and what is supporting you? Bringing it all together

If you feel drawn to what you have read so far, I will be delighted to welcome you.

The Welcome Connective offers services that are complementary to what your regular health-practitioners recommend for you. Please don’t make any changes to your regular health programme such as your medication, without consulting them first, e.g. your GP, or your specialist.

It is important to know that this is not a therapy group. If personal challenges surface that are beyond the scope of the group, you may need to seek support individually from the facilitator and/or from an appropriate external service provider.
